Paradigm can arrange for the repair of a wide range of satellite and general communications equipment. We have the facilities and skilled engineers available to repair items whether purchased through us or not. We are able to provide estimates for any faulty product, even if not currently covered by a Paradigm maintenance agreement or manufacturer’s warranty.


What To Do

When a fault occurs, contact Paradigm Support (support@paracomm.co.uk) or Paradigm Global Xpress® support (gx-support@paracomm.co.uk) and ask for a Return Material Authorisation (RMA) form. Alternatively, you can download the RMA Form.  Please complete the form with as much detail as possible, so that we can quickly proceed with your repair.

Sometimes equipment functionality can be restored as a result of remote reconfiguration.  If this is not the case, an RMA number will be issued under which the equipment should be returned. Items for repair should not be shipped to Paradigm without first receiving an RMA number from Support.


In-Warranty Repairs

If your equipment is still In-Warranty, Paradigm will arrange for its repair and its return to you, freight prepaid.


Non-Warranty Repairs

If your equipment is found to be out of warranty, and is not covered by a Paradigm maintenance agreement, we will be happy to provide competitive quotations for the diagnosis and subsequent repair of your unit.


Shipment to Paradigm

Faulty equipment should be dispatched to Paradigm, freight prepaid. Please ensure that all units are carefully packed to avoid damage in transit. Damage to equipment caused by inadequate packing may render the warranty void.


Terms and Conditions

Please note that shipping and handling charges may apply to warranty items not purchased through Paradigm. For non-warranty repairs, if extra replacement parts are needed to complete a repair we will notify you about any difference to the original quote. You can then decide if you wish to proceed with the repair.  If you decide that the extra cost of the repair is not practical, Paradigm will return the unrepaired unit at your cost, back to the requested delivery address. A minimum charge as provided in the original quotation will still apply. We reserve the right to charge a fee and shipping costs for “no fault found”.
